KnifeArt.com is pleased to offer the exclusive Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade. The Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade provides the maximum strength-to-weight ratio. This knife packs the benefits of a large Tanto blade into a durable, lightweight package perfect for everyday carry.

Crafted in Boise, Idaho, the Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade features a 3.625-inch Crucible S35VN stainless steel blade with a fine stone-washed finish. The Tanto blade profile offers great cutting, piercing, and puncturing performance due to the heightened strength of the Tanto edge. Heat treated to boast a Rockwell Hardness scale rating of 59-60, the Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade offers an exceptional balance between toughness and hardness, sharpening extremely well and providing excellent edge retention. Razor sharp hollow grinds offer the blade extended durability, making the Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade the ideal knife for tactical and self-defense applications, and the reinforced tip of the Tanto blade profile is perfect for those who don't want to worry about accidentally breaking the tip off of their blade.

The exclusive Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade's handle, crafted from rigid black carbon fiber and aerospace-grade 6Al4V sand-blasted titanium, provides a solid, sturdy bank vault feel, allowing for excellent grip and control. Jimping on the thumb rest of the handle provides for an extremely solid hold. This knife features Chris Reeve's Integral Lock system, which is tougher than more traditional folding knives' locks and offers a lifetime of smooth, solid locking, keeping the blade in its place. 303 stainless steel hardware and accents of Reeve's signature blue anodized titanium provide extra sturdiness to the Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade and give the knife a sleek, stylish appearance. The 6Al4V titanium pocket clip and included braided black cord lanyard with Reeve's blue anodized titanium bead offer excellent carry options, and the light weight of only 3.7 ounces (thanks to the carbon fiber handle) make the Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber with Tanto Blade the perfect knife for comfortable everyday carry.

Chris Reeve has designed and manufactured the finest quality knives since 1984. His products are backed by a worldwide reputation for quality, design, and the closest tolerances in the knife industry.

5  My Very First CRK, Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 21 Carbon Fiber - Exclusive - Tanto Blade
Posted By:

I had heard about CRKs for years but couldn't pull the trigger. Now I understand what the fuss is about: this is the greatest folder I've ever touched! The lock-up is incredible! I heard "vault-like" opening action and was NOT disappointed by the incredible feel of this knife. The carbon fiber scale is thick and beautiful and incredibly lightweight. When I show it to people the first thing I hear is, "This sure is light!" The tanto blade is gorgeous - I love the grind on the front of the blade! It's not just a straight edge, it's slightly convex. I am so happy I purchased this knife. It will not be my last CRK.
