Randy Doucette

Randy Doucette starting making custom knives in 2002 full-time and specializes in tactical folding knives. Randy graduated from St. Clair College with a degree in tool and die making. Randy commented, "Being a tool & die maker gives me the skills to work with tight tolerances and to learn the specialized artform of knifemaking."

Randy enjoys freehand grinding his knives from a simple hollow grind to multiple bevel grinds. Randy takes a lot of pride in making knives one at a time, "I scrutinize over every detail such as making sure my handles are smooth, fit and finish is perfect and every knife has the smoothest action." We can attest that Randy accomplishes this goal with each one of his knives.

Randy Doucette is a member of the Canadian Knifemakers Guild. Randy lives in Brantford, Canada.
