With its stone-washed 3.5-inch American-made Crucible S35VN stainless steel blade, the XM-18 3.5" Skinner Blade Grey Tactical Flipper is a folding knife perfect for a multitude of applications, including survival, hunting, and military uses. The XM-18 Skinner's blade is precisely crafted with a relatively shallow flat grind and is able to cut thick and thin materials alike. While the skinner blade obviously fits the bill for a good field dressing knife, the curvature of the blade provides a lot of versatility in slicing. The overbuild titanium handle allow for a sturdy grip and excellent control, even in harsh and wet conditions. A solid frame lock design and Hinderer lock bar stabilizer create a solid, sturdy lock that you can rely on during heavy use. While the the iconic XM-18 is overbuilt, the knife operates smoothly and with precision. The Skinner offers flexible carry options, with a titanium clip that can be mounted for tip-up or -down carry. At 5.5 ounces, the XM-18 skinner is hefty enough to function in heavy-duty military, hunting, or survival applications.
