Jim and Joyce have long been a knifemaking couple. Jim joined the Knifemakers Guild in 1978 and makes mostly folders. His speciality is beautiful fluted handles of pearl, ivory and wood -inlayed with 24K gold wire. The majority of Jim's knives are investment grade knives. Joyce specalizes in engraving and carving; Joyce does beautiful gold inlayed engraving.
