More and more we come across tallented new makers from overseas and Laurent is another. Doussot, a trained carver and sculptor, is a native Frenchman and immigrant to French Canada. Laurent's style continues to develop and his work is heavily influenced by his talents as a carver. Each knife was beautifully carved or sculpted in some manner. Doussot has trained under master knifemaker/carver Jose DeBraga. For Laurent, the knife is another medium of expression for his creative dexterity.
