Richard Derespina

Richard Derespina is instrumental in bringing the karambit to tactical custom knives. Richard Derespina crafts each custom knife by hand, creating an edged weapon and tool. Derespina knives utilize the finest in stainless steels and often come with a custom kydex concealed carry sheath. He mentions specific areas of design concentration:

Geometry. "Geometry is important in all aspects of life and is itself a metaphor for our relationships and altercations. Blade profile and edge geometry are as important as guards and ergonomics. Maximizing cutting power and penetration with minimal effort is where Geometry is most important for a knife maker."
