Emerson PUK-BT Police Utility Fixed Blade

A champion in the field of tactical as well as first-responder use, the Emerson Police Utility Knife or PUK is a fixed blade is a valued cutting tool. At 8.5" in overall length, this knife features a 3.6" long blade made from 154CM stainless steel with an HRC of 57-59. The incredible hardness of this .125" thick blade stock--along with its deep grind--provides for a capable, yet durable cutting profile which is very difficult to dull. The blade is further protected by a black coating for corrosion resistance as well as protection from marring and impacts. Not to mention a very practical, tactical look.

The 4.9" handle is made from dimpled black 3D sculpted G-10 composite and is fixed firmly to the full tang of the blade with three screws. Weighing in a 5.5oz, this knife is a lot of power without a lot of weight, but the deep thumb ramp with thick jimping on the back of the blade and ergonomic design of the handle provide for enough leverage when power and control is not an option.

The police utility comes with a black kydex sheath and is compatible with a teklock mount.
