It’s size is more in line from what I consider fixed an all purpose belt carry knife. They had it in the tribal handle which is what I collect. Thanks for the great service.

Exceptional quality knife and sheath, exacting fit, fine detailing, and expertly executed finish. A beauty to behold and a pleasure to use. Superb customer service experience. Phone exchange with Larry (& Rodney) was courteous and efficient. Though this piece is expensive, I believe the price represents good value in comparison to similarly priced and even more costly knives. However, as a Canadian having to shop south of the border to acquire the hard-to-find Winkler Field Knife, what hurts are the courier fee and duty charges which alone amounted to over $135CAD. This reflects no criticism on the product or the sellers, but it does mean that you must really want this knife to tolerate the high cost of delivery.
