When you combine the design of Bill Harsey and the high-end American manufacturing of Spartan Blades you get the Spartan Harsey Folding (SHF) knife. This is a 2018 edition of the SHF engraved with a nautical Kraken and tall ship design. The etching has an antique copper and bronze anodizing that really makes the design stand out.
The knife has a 9" overall length with a 4" blade, this stainless S45VN steel blade. The finish on this knife is black PVD finished flats on the titanium slabs. Dual anodized titanium thumb lugs on the blade allow for ambidextrous use, finger grooves providing extra support for precision cuts and power. The handle also features blue anodized titanium screws, barrel spacers, and a pocket clip. The knife utilizes a phosphor bronze bushing for reduced friction yet is solid state and is extremely dependable.
The Spartan Harsey folding knife has an overall weight of 5.9oz and is lightweight considering the durability and power this knife can deliver. The reversible titanium pocket clip makes for versatility in carrying and the lock bar stabilizer keeps the knife safely fixed in place for when it really counts. This knife is proudly made in the USA.

Spartan Harsey Kraken limited edition, June 28, 2019Spartan Harsey Folding Knife - Kraken EditionBeautiful knife. The actual colors are like a Marine Aqua blue/green. Very appropriate for the scene on the knife with a tall ship and Octopus. The action is very snug/tight as well as the frame lock, as it should be when new. Need to add a little graphite to both and work it in. My first limited edition, next one on the list is the M4 Rifle, Gold Compass.....such a vicious cycle, you won't be disappointed. Also Knife Art's great super fast process and shipping, A+ on that!
