The Bolt action pen has a cryolated bezel and lanyard loop. The pen is textured for increased handling. The pen retracts and locks both in the open and closed position. This is not a firearm or a cutting tool.
The ball point pen cartridge is a - Caran d'Ache of Switzerland, Giant Cartridge Goliath, 8428.000 Medium Black. The refill is easily changed by unscrewing the end.
