This Arkansas Tri-Stone is handmade of solid willow oak and comes with a bottle of honing oil, angle guide and detailed sharpening instructions. The system starts with a coarse stone, moves up to a 'Soft' Arkansas stone (medium) and finishes the edge with a 'Hard' Arkansas stone (fine). This is an easy-to-use sharpening system for all knives. Honing Oil for Sharpening Stone

This 3 fluid ounce bottle of 'Special Formula Honing' oil is excellent for all sharpening stones. It provides a layer of light mineral oil that lifts the small metal particles from the stone as you sharpen. It is important to use a liberal amount of honing oil on your stone while you sharpen. For a better price, we recommend that you order a couple of these for your fine sharpening stones.

This is a difficult-to-find item because most shops don't sell honing oil. In addition, it is a good all purpose lubricant for many of your household needs.
