David Mosier is 38 years old and is already doing some of the nicest work on the tactical knife scene. His knives are known for their precision and functional design. He was in the US Army working as an MP from 1989 to 1992 during operation Just Cause and Desert Storm. This combat environment gave him first-hand knownledge into what really works in a tactical knife - both folders and fixed blades. He said, "Most of my knives are built to be carried on a daily basis, so I try to incorporate a size and functionality that applies to this."
David mentioned, "My passion is to make tactical type knives. I like knives that are made to do a job and be used, something that will get down and dirty." He also enjoys creating innovative designs and blade shapes, "One of the things I try to do is make up something new at least twice a month."
From an early age, David has enjoyed martial arts and knife collecting. We are excited to offer Mosier knives and hope to see more from in the future.
