The Zero Tolerance 0004 is the Natural Micarta edition of ZT's Cru-Wear fixed blade, with natural canvas micarta handle scales and a Dark Bronze Cerakote blade. The warm, classic look of natural micarta and bronze sets this version apart from the blacked-out 0004BLK. It is a full-tang hunting and bushcraft knife designed for long days in the field where edge retention and grip comfort matter more than anything else.

The 4.2-inch blade is CPM Cru-Wear tool steel, a high-carbon, high-vanadium steel known for outstanding toughness and wear resistance. Cru-Wear holds an edge through extended cutting sessions, whether you are processing game, feathering tinder, or batoning kindling. It recovers well on a strop or field sharpener. Cru-Wear is not stainless, so ZT applied a Dark Bronze Cerakote finish that serves as both a corrosion barrier and a muted, non-reflective field coating. Blade thickness is .157 inches on a full-tang frame.

The handle is 3D-machined natural canvas micarta, contoured for all-day comfort. Micarta develops a smooth, polished feel with use while maintaining reliable grip. It actually performs best when it is a little dirty or wet, which is exactly the conditions this knife is designed for. Black oxide coated screws secure the scales.
