The Zero Tolerance 0308 is a full-size framelock flipper built for hard use and everyday carry. The 0308 is the current generation of ZT's 0300 series platform, pairing a CPM 20CV stainless steel blade with a coyote tan G-10 and titanium handle. At 6.9 ounces with a 3.7-inch blade, the 0308 has the heft and blade length to handle heavy cutting tasks that would overwhelm a lighter folder.

The blade is CPM 20CV stainless steel with a stonewash finish. 20CV is a high-chromium, high-vanadium stainless steel known for outstanding edge retention and wear resistance. The 0.156-inch blade thickness provides a robust cross-section for demanding cuts. The spear point profile delivers a versatile tip geometry for both piercing and slicing tasks. The blade deploys on KVT ball bearings via the flipper tab for fast, smooth, consistent opening.

The handle pairs a 3D sculpted coyote tan G-10 scale with a machined titanium frame on the lock side. The titanium framelock has a hardened steel lock bar insert for reliable lockup and extended lock life. G-10 provides positive grip in wet or dry conditions, and the sculpted texture adds traction without being aggressive on the hand.
