With an overall length of 4.75", this fixed blade knife has a 2.375" long blade, crafted from stainless CPM S45VN steel. With a Rockwell hardness of 58-60, it is tough as well as hard and able to tackle just about any cutting task while still holding a razor's edge. The dark cobalt black cerakote finish provides an additional level of hardness as well as added corrosion protection while eliminating glare. At 1.8 oz, the RMJ Tactical Dagger is lightweight enough to carry without bogging you down, yet hefty enough to remind you it's with you at all times.
The handle and blade are one continuous piece of steel, but the handle is skeletonized to ensure a good grip in all kinds of conditions, wet or dry. The design also allows for a variety of carrying options but comes set-up for a horizontal belt carry or you can add a paracord lanyard to the sheath.

Pretty much exactly what I was looking for. A nice unobtrusive handy but seemingly effective self defense / somewhat utility tool. Bought mostly for wilderness type use, last resort defense from animals. Arrived razor sharp on both edges, really well made. The sheath is extremely stiff and tight out of the box; definitely needs to be broken in. But easily done by not sheathing the knife completely in, using the blade guards to keep the sheath propped open for awhile. No big deal once it loosens up some, and nice to see that everything arrives factory new.
