The Spartan Harsey Folding knife now comes in a compact 3.25" version of the full-size model. This makes the SHF 3.25" the perfect model for everyday carry. Made by Spartan Blades right here in the U.S., this knife's beautiful and minimalist design paired with its superb blade and titanium handle is striking, to say the least.
This 3.25-inch edition comes with a stainless S45VN steel blade. The high-quality American-made particle steel is stonewashed to hide scratching. It is sharp as a razor, and with a Rockwell Hardness of 59-61 RHC, it stays sharp after repeated use. The Spartan Blades Harsey Folder comes equipped with dual thumb lugs for ambidextrous convenience and phosphor bronze bushing to ensure a smooth open and close. Dual titanium thumbs are on the blade for right- or left-hand opening.
The handle is made from reliable 6AL4V titanium frame lock construction. The entire handle is made from thick slabs of stonewashed titanium to match the blade. It even comes complete with a titanium pivot and titanium fittings. But the devil is in the details, and this tactical folder has it all, including a reversible titanium pocket clip. The oversize pivot also serves as an internal lock bar stabilizer that prevents the lock bar from traveling past its range of normal use. This makes it great for carrying around concealed and comfortably. The use of titanium in the screws, standoffs, clip, thumb studs, and pivot may add cost but creates a custom quality that can't be beaten.
KnifeArt has always been committed to providing top-shelf products accompanied by consistent customer satisfaction. The Harsey Folder not only has free shipping in the U.S. but same-day shipping Monday through Friday as well. Returns on all products are easy, and as always, customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
This is my first Spartan knife, I've had a lot of Hinderer's and Chris Reeve Knives and I feel like this is on par with that quality. It feels like a hybrid between an XM handle style jimping, and the smooth action of a CRK. The detent is great and I can flick the blade open with my thumb. The blade stonewash is well done and looks great, so is the nice matte finish on the titanium scales. As usual KnifeArt was awesome to deal with, shipping was same day, and they were quick to answer a couple of questions I had about the knife.
This is one of my all time favorite EDC knives. Small enough to carry in dress pants, but heavy duty construction and blade. Spartan Blades one of my favorite makers due to materials, military backgrounds, quality, and customer service. I owned a Pallas folder for almost 7 years and sent it in for some touch-ups. Had it back in 4 days in perfect condition.
I love this knife ,bester then chris true!!!

I have carried this knife every day since my initial purchase over a month ago. I have an extensive collection featuring many more expensive pieces yet I carry this tool daily. I am amazed at the build, fit and finish, edge retention, and ease of sharpening. I may buy another just in case. I have not been this enamored with a knife since the sebenza series, but this has surpassed all expectations.
My Spartan Knife is a Great Knife for The quality. Thank you for the great deal in the way you packaged my knife I appreciate it thank you again Respectfully Dean.
I already had the full-size version, bought this one for EDC, perfect size! Super fast shipping too!
Similar in size to the small sebenza with excellent steel and an attractive finish.

This is not a sexy knife. There is no flipper tab to fiddle with. No glossy carbon fiber scales. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t have any of those gimmick-of-the week features. It is, however, is an extremely solid and eminently useable knife that I expect will serve me well performing most any EDC purposes for years to come. It oozes the very finest in made-in-the-USA build quality and attention to detail. Things like bevels on every edge of the titanium handles that make it a pleasure to hold. Cleanly cut jimping in all the right places. And that smooth “hydraulic” action that had to have been borrowed from Chris Reeve. Upon unboxing, I was initially struck by just how small the knife is, considering its 3.25-inch blade length. It packs a lot of blade into a size and shape that fall somewhere between the small Sebenza and the Southern Grind Spider Monkey. I’m fortunate to have a number of knives to choose from, and this is the one that’s currently in my pocket.
