In the times of feudal Japan, a Ronin was a masterless, wandering samurai. A man who possessed the qualities of being a highly trained warrior, often held only to his personal code, as he was cast away from the Bushido Code by becoming beholden to none. Shinto, is an ancient religion of Japan, honoring a way of life that connects the old ways and the new. As far as combining the old and the new, Spartan Blades brings you true warrior's knife. A perfect combination of balance, force, strength, and functionality, the Ronin Shinto tactical knife is sure to be on your must-have list.
Designed by tactical and hand to hand combat expert, Tu Lam, a lifetime of first-hand working knowledge with Special Forces, snipers, and assault troops (as well as the founder of RONIN Tactics, Inc.) becomes obvious the longer you look at this knife. The blade is 5 5/8" long, and the 3/16th" CPR S35V stock has an HRC of 58-60, through the entire length of the knife, from point to tang. The re-curve blade design features a clip point, that provides an excellent point for penetration, as well as a good blade profile for strength as well as cutting and chopping. A finger choil gives you more control in tactical use. The steel is physical vapor deposition coated in Tungsten DLC (diamond-like coating), or ZrN (Flat Dark Earth) for an added level of corrosion resistance, protection from marring and scratching, and an added level of hardness to the blade. At .558lbs, this knife is hefty enough for tactical use or for outdoor operations around the campsite.
The handle is crafted from Black CE Canvas Micarta, which allows for a sure grip in just about any climate or condition--wet or dry. A lanyard hole gives you carry/use options with paracord. This knife comes with a black MOLLE sheath.

The geometry of the knife is wonderful. Everything flows and feels right. It looks milled on a CNC but it's only when you really take close look can you see its hand finished
