The total knife length with the handle is 8.7". This knife is a full tang knife with the rear tang exposed. The carbon damascus steel has the ability to throw a spark that works great for starting fires in a survival or camping situation. The blades thickness is .75" and is set into a premium maple wood handle. The maple wood handle grips in wet or dry conditions with a thumb rest on the back of the blade spine providing traction and stability. The handle has two holes set for lanyard carry options. The total knife weight is 6.7 oz. The Maple Woodsman comes with a multi-carry felt lined brown leather sheath with a custom kydex for easy quick use.
