At 7.75" overall length, this fixed-blade, drop-point knife features a 3.25" long blade crafted from 80CRV2 high carbon tool steel - Winkler's preferred steel stock. Using 80CRV2 high carbon steel gives the blade elite flexibility, toughness and edge retention With a heat treatment at 57 HRC, and holds a razor-sharp edge cut after cut, through all sorts of punishment. The choiled blade and sculpted maple handle meet to fit comfortably in your palm, while the engraving on the thumb rest of the blade allows for precision and controlled cuts. The black oxide finish provides added corrosion protection, while the full-tang design is fitted with maple scales for a versatile, elegant, and classic look.
