The Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 31 with black canvas micarta inlays and CPM MagnaCut blade adds grip texture and visual warmth to the full-size, American-made, field-ready Sebenza. The stainless CPM MagnaCut blade has a shallow hollow grind that performs almost like a flat grind, providing excellent cutting ability and edge strength. The blade spine acts as a thumb rest with precision-machined jimping for traction. The stonewashed finish hides scratches and gives the blade a uniform look. MagnaCut at 63-64 HRC provides exceptional edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance.

The raised micarta inlays give you more to hold onto than the flat titanium version and provide a warmer feel than all-metal titanium. Black canvas micarta performs very well in wet or humid environments and grips better with use, developing a smooth surface that increases traction over time. The fit and finish is considerably higher than standard folders. The titanium frame lock delivers a "bank vault" lockup from extremely high tolerances and a handle lapped perfectly flat. A ceramic lock ball inlaid into the titanium lockbar interfaces with the hardened steel blade tang for positive engagement with no lock rock, and the extremely hard ceramic virtually eliminates the wear that standard titanium-on-metal surfaces develop over time. The pivot features a solid-state phosphor bronze bushing designed to retain lubrication. The opening is smooth and controlled, and a detent holds the blade securely closed until needed.

The Large Sebenza is designed for full disassembly and reassembly by the owner, and features a matching blasted titanium pocket clip offset from the lockbar, a lanyard for pocket removal and handling, microfiber cloth, Loctite, fluorinated grease, 5/64" L wrench, and documentation.
