White River Knives M1
The White River Knives M1 is the cornerstone of the White River lineup. Three models share the same compact platform: the M1 Pro, the M1 Caper, and the M1 Skinner. All three are full tang with the same adjustable Kydex sheath that configures for right or left hand, vertical or horizontal carry. Pull the belt loop off and it works as a neck knife. KnifeArt is an authorized White River dealer and we stock all three. Same business day shipping from Little Rock. Free US shipping.
The M1 Platform
White River designed the M1 around maximum blade length relative to handle. You get a lot of knife in a package that weighs about 3 oz. The blade has jimping at the spine for thumb control and a notch where the index finger drops in to lock the grip. Those details matter when your hands are wet from field dressing or camp prep. The Kydex sheath is one of the best things about this series. It holds the knife where you put it, draws clean, and configures for however you want to carry. A lot of people buy one M1 and come back for a second model because the sheath and the platform just work.
M1 Pro
The M1 Pro is the flagship and where most people start. Drop point blade in CPM MagnaCut at 62-64 HRC, textured G-10 scales, stonewashed finish. It handles camp chores, food prep, and light field dressing without feeling like a compromise in any of them. Available in Black G-10 or Green and Orange G-10. If you are going to own one M1, this is the one.
M1 Caper
The M1 Caper runs a drop point blade in CPM MagnaCut like the Pro but pairs it with a full contoured handle that fills the palm for extended use. That handle shape makes a real difference when you are doing detail work for an hour straight. If you process your own game and spend real time with a knife in your hand, the Caper earns its place fast.
M1 Skinner
The M1 Skinner swings the other direction with a wide belly built for skinning sweeps and a 3-inch blade in CPM S35VN with textured black G-10. S35VN is a proven stainless that sharpens easier in the field than MagnaCut, which is a fair tradeoff on a knife you might touch up between animals. The belly does the work for you on long pulls. Between the Caper for detail and the Skinner for sweeps, White River covers both ends of the spectrum on the same compact platform.
